Shipping

What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping fees are $6 per order for local shipping. All purchases $60 and above will enjoy free local shipping within Singapore. 

Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we ship worldwide! We are able to process your overseas order manually. Please contact us to initiate an overseas order and get a quotation for your shipping fees. 

When will I receive my order?
For shipping within Singapore, you should receive your order within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

What should I do if I have not received my order after one week?
Please contact us and provide us with your order number. We will follow up on your enquiry as soon as we can.

 

Self-collection in store

When can I collect my self-collection order?
You will receive a notification through email and/or SMS when your order is ready to be collected. Your order should be ready to be collected within 3 working days.

Where do I collect my self-collection order?
You can pick up your order at our retail location

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?
Yes! Please ensure that the person collecting on your behalf has a screenshot of your order confirmation. 

 

Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been processed.

What if there is a manufacturing defect?
We review and prepare every order thoroughly to ensure that you receive it in good condition. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please bring the product down to our retail location and we will conduct a refund or exchange.

 

Out of stock

The item that I wanted is out of stock! What should I do?
Don't worry if your chosen product is out of stock online, as we may still have stock at our retail store. Please contact us to make an enquiry through WhatsApp or email.

Out of stock policy
In the rare event that your chosen product is sold out after payment has been processed, we will contact you to discuss the possibility of replacing it with an alternative product or conduct a refund for that item.
